Rewards

Competition rewards are the primary way $MFL flows into the game. Every season, clubs and their players earn $MFL based on how well they performed. The better you do, the more everyone gets paid.

League Rewards

Your league payout is determined by your final league position. Finish higher, earn more. But division matters just as much. A mid-table finish in Diamond pays significantly more than winning Ice. Climbing the promotion ladder is not just about prestige. It is about serious income.

Cup Rewards

The IMFF Cup pays out based on how far you progress. Every round you survive increases your reward. Deep cup runs are one of the best ways to boost your seasonal earnings, especially if your league position is middling.

Revenue Share

This is where the economy gets interesting. Revenue share is the system that connects agents, staff, and club owners through contracts.

1

Club Earns Rewards

Your club competes in leagues and cups. Based on final placement, the club earns a pool of $MFL.

2

Agents Get Their Cut

Players contracted to the club have a revenue share percentage. Their agents receive that contracted share of the club's earnings automatically.

3

Staff Get Their Cut

Staff members also have contracted shares from the same pool.

4

Owner Keeps the Rest

The club owner keeps whatever remains after all contracted shares are paid out.

The total revenue share across all players and staff cannot exceed 100%. Club owners need to manage their contracts carefully. Sign too many players to generous deals and there may be nothing left for the club itself.

Forfeits and Rewards

Clubs that accumulate 5 or more forfeits in a season lose ALL their competition rewards. That is a total wipeout for the club owner. However, agents still receive their contracted share even if the club forfeits its rewards. Your players' earnings are protected.

This is one of the reasons why signing players to clubs with active, reliable owners matters so much.

Reward Day

All rewards are distributed on Reward Day at the end of each season. This is when $MFL hits your balance and you can start spending, reinvesting, or just enjoying the number going up.

The reward structure is designed so that every role benefits from success. Club owners want to win for bigger payouts. Agents want their players at winning clubs for better revenue share. Everyone's incentives are aligned.
