Acquiring a Club

There are two ways to get a club in MFL: buy a fresh one from the store, or pick one up from another manager on the marketplace. Both paths get you into the game, but the experience is very different.

This is the straightforward path. You buy a club pack directly from MFL and start building from scratch.

What you get:

  • A brand-new club with a random geographic location (São Paulo, Lagos, Tokyo... it's a surprise)
  • Placed in the Flint Division (the lowest tier)
  • An empty squad, ready for you to fill

Good to know:

  • Club packs are available year-round
  • There's no limit on how many clubs you can own
  • Every club starts at the bottom. No shortcuts, no handouts
  • Your club's location is randomly assigned when you open the pack

Starting in Flint means you have room to grow. Build smart, sign the right players, and work your way up through the ranks.


Important: When you buy a club from the marketplace with players under contract, you get the contracts, division placement, and history. You do not get the player assets themselves. Players are owned by their agents. When contracts expire, those players return to their agents unless you renegotiate.
