Fan Rally

Fan Rally

Fan Rally runs for the entire competition. It's the way shareholders directly influence their nation's chances on the pitch.

The concept: play PvP matches with your agency squad. Earn Rally Points for the nation you're backing. The nation with the most points heading into a Nations Cup fixture gets an OVR boost for that game.

How It Works

  1. Hold at least 1 share in a nation to rally for it
  2. Pick the nation you want to rally for before each match
  3. Spend 1 energy to play a rally match with your agency squad
  4. Earn Rally Points based on your match result and in-match events

Energy System

You have 4 energy by default. A 5th energy slot unlocks when you hold 25 or more total shares (across all nations).

  • 1 energy recharges every 2 hours
  • You can hold up to 4 (or 5) energy at once
  • Each rally match costs 1 energy

Rally matches use your agency squad (players you own, not contracted). There is no fatigue cost. Your players stay fully available for regular season competitions, friendlies, and everything else.

Rally Windows

Rally is not always open. Each rally window opens 48 hours before a Nations Cup fixture and closes at kickoff.

You choose which rallies to spend your energy on. If France plays on June 14 and Brazil plays on June 15, both rally windows overlap and you can split your energy between them.

This creates a natural rhythm. Your nation plays, the rally window opens, you spend energy, then you rest until the next fixture. Nations that play earlier in a round have their window open first.

Buying shares in multiple nations fills the gaps. When your main nation is between fixtures, you can rally for your other nations.

Scoring

When you play a rally match for a nation, you earn points based on two things: your match result and what your players of that nationality do.

EventPoints
Your team wins+3
Your team draws+1
Goal by a player of the chosen nationality+1
Assist by a player of the chosen nationality+1
Clean sheet by a defender of the chosen nationality+1
Man of the Match is of the chosen nationality+1

Example: You rally for France. Your agency squad wins 2-0. Your French striker scores a goal, your French midfielder gets an assist, and your German defender keeps a clean sheet. You earn 3 (win) + 1 (goal) + 1 (assist) = 5 Rally Points for France. The German defender's clean sheet does not count because you're rallying for France, not Germany.

You can rally for multiple nations if you hold shares in more than one. Points are tracked separately per nation.

The OVR Boost

Before each Nations Cup fixture, the rally results between the two competing nations determine an OVR boost. Three independent head-to-head triggers are evaluated, each worth +1 OVR per player, stackable up to +3 OVR total:

TriggerWhat it measures
Rally WinThe nation whose shareholders earned the most total Rally Points wins this trigger
Rally MVPThe nation whose single top contributor outscored the opposing nation's single top contributor wins this trigger
Rally Top 20The nation whose top 20 contributors' combined points beat the opposing nation's top 20 wins this trigger

If the score is tied in any of these categories, nobody gets that boost. Each is independent. A small nation with 20 dedicated shareholders can beat a large nation on the Top 20 category even if the large nation wins the overall Rally Win.

Rally Win alone would always favor big nations with more shareholders. Rally MVP keeps individual effort meaningful. Rally Top 20 caps the size advantage: a tight group of committed backers can outperform a massive but passive fanbase.

When a Nation Is Eliminated

When a nation gets knocked out of the tournament, its rally freezes. No more rally windows open, no more points are earned, and the leaderboard standings lock in place.

Rally Rewards

Per-rally (paid at the end of each rally window):

10,000 $MFL split among the top 20 contributors of the winning nation. The top contributor earns the most, with a decreasing curve down to position 20. The losing nation gets nothing from the per-rally pool.

Rewards are paid out immediately when the rally window closes. You don't wait until the end of the event.

End-of-event (paid after the Final):

The top 3 contributors for each nation, across the entire event, earn a cash bonus:

RankPrize
1st$25 in Dapper Balance
2nd$10 in Dapper Balance
3rd$5 in Dapper Balance

That's $40 per nation, $1,920 total across all 48 nations, on top of the main prize pool.
